A running event holds its QR code until you end it. Ending an event marks it Completed and releases the code so it can be reused. The event, its leaderboard and its lead list are kept for your records.

Open the running event and choose End and release QR.
You are asked: Closing the event ends it for players and releases the QR code so it can be reused. Continue? Choose OK. The event becomes Completed, and the page reads: This event is complete.

When you no longer need the records, choose Delete event.
You are asked: Delete this game event? This permanently removes the event, its leaderboard, and its lead list. This cannot be undone. Choose OK to delete it.
