The AI Assist links in the question editor work on one question at a time. Unlike the bulk tools, they finish while you wait, within a few seconds.

The link beside Question writes the whole question and all its answers, not just a polish of your wording. Give it a Category and Difficulty (the full builder only) and a free-text subject. The more specific the subject, the better the result.
#AI Assist for the photo
The link beside Upload Jpeg Image creates a picture. Pick an art style from the library of dozens of styles (the same library in Quick Trivia and the full builder), and optionally describe what you want to see. In Quick Trivia the token cost and your balance are shown first, and the button is disabled if you cannot afford it. The full builder's question editor does not show the cost up front, but the image still uses AI tokens, and you need a minimum balance to create it.
