Import from Text is for questions you have already written in a document. It is different from AI generation, which writes new questions from source material. Here, nothing is invented: AI is used only to split your text into question, answers and so on.

Choose Add Bulk on the catalog (or Import From... in Quick Trivia), then Import from Text.
